We, at Amazing Grace Christian Church, are at this time, a small assembly of Christians in fellowship with the Canadian National Baptist Convention, who desire to meet together in a simple, New Testament pattern, for the purpose of glorifying our Lord Jesus Christ. We began meeting together officially in January 2009. We meet in a home in Timberlea Nova Scotia.
Although meeting in a home is a foreign thought to many Christians in our society, it is an integral part of the quickly growing grassroots House Church movement within North America. It is also the way that God's Church first began to meet in New Testament times. Meeting in a home allows for a level of fellowship that is hard to attain to in a large traditional church building. But thankfully God's Word is clear, a church is not a building, nor is it to judged by the building in which it meets but by the people who meet there.
